HEPR36 - The Portable Hand Patcher
The perfect patcher for small road repair crews! With six infrared generators, it will repair and resurface bumps, ridges, traffic heaves, high spots, cracks around manholes and utility cuts, without burning the asphalt.
HEPR8DW - Crack Sealer
This is the unit for sealing cracks and joints PERMANENTLY. The HEPR8DW wheel mounted unit produces 120,000 BTU's from two stainless steel infrared generators and is ideal for repairing small areas in driveways and parking lots as well as cracks in highways and roads. Unit comes complete with lighting torch, hose, regulator and bottle connector.
HEPR8L - Joint Sealer
Penetrating heat from this infrared joint sealer quickly softens the hardened asphalt mat edge for bonding with newly laid mat. The new and previously laid asphalt become completely fused achieving a moisture proof, weather-tight and permanently sealed joint. The stainless steel reflectors increase efficiency by concentrating the infrared rays to the asphalt area. This unit comes standard with a field kit which automatically shuts off the joint sealer's burners when the paving machine stops and relights them by the pilot as soon as the paver begins moving again. |
